Job Description
- Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Connect to various data sources and model data as needed to build scalable reports
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate into reporting solutions
- Ensure accuracy, performance, and visual appeal of dashboards
- Apply row-level security and dynamic filters based on user roles
- Automate data refresh schedules and monitor report performance
- Maintain documentation for reports, metrics, and business definitions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and report optimization
- Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, scheduling, security)
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling techniques
- Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Excel, Azure, SharePoint) is a plus
