Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
- Prefer to Have experience at least 1 year as Technical Talent Acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
