Ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, lead projects from concept through completion.
Develop detailed project plans that include the scope, timelines, budgets, BOM and resources can be used.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.
Ensure that all projects or systems comply with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
Manage the installation of new machinery/equipment.
Design and keep updated layouts.
Plan and carry out stand-by for industrial machinery.
Optimize all industrial processes through project initiation.
Coordinate critical equipment major Maintenance projects, including shutdowns and machines overhauls.
Implement risk assessments to reduce hazards, as steps toward safe culture
Oversee the development or upgrade of industrial infrastructure, operational prosses, and upgrades.
Focus on projects to improve operational processes.
Lead research and development projects on new technologies, materials, or processes.
Encourage innovation and proactive problem-solving mentality.
Monitor project expenses and initiate cost controls.
Document correct project data, including plans, schedules, budgets and progress reports.
Ensure all project documentation is compliant with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
+5 years of Experience with proven experience in the management of complex projects.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, AutoCAD, MS project and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong project management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Will be able to work well in a cross functional team environment.
Write and speak English fluently.
