Job Description
As the Hotel Services Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Directly supervise, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping and guest services staff.
- Ensure Excellence: Develop and implement cleaning protocols, conduct quality inspections, and maintain a safe and sanitized hospital environment.
- Manage Operations: Create staff schedules, manage inventory, and ensure all daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Be a Problem Solver: Proactively address any patient or visitor concerns with kindness and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other hospital departments to support overall operational goals.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a Hospitals or Hotels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to customer service and a compassionate, empathetic approach.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety protocols.
