Job Description
- Manages the day-to-day transactions that include assurance of proper documentations flow and proper accounting treatments are in place.
- Ensures accounting and transactions approvals are in line with the company policies.
- Maintain listing of accounts payable and Postdated cheques or transfer.
- Perform accounting analysis for all accruals expenses, account local or foreign payables accounts.
- Assistance with Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports- both Group level and individual company
- Review and confirm entry of warehouse & stock movement on balance sheet.
- Prepare, enter, and review all vendors bills to ensure that they are properly coded, approved and in compliance with all government and company policy.
- Manage the account payable month-end and year-end closings including preparing accruals for PO commitments and various expenses.
- Record journal entries on ERP system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Very Good level of English
- Experience from 4-6 years in Payable section.
- Manufacturing background is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills.
- Excellent knowledge with Microsoft office and Odoo System
