Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Algihaz digital presence, oversee activities associated with digital
marketing - Define, develop, and implement digital strategy in support of business objectives and
lead/develop team of digital marketing specialists in pursuit of best-in-class performance - Liaise with marketing Team with regard to digital marketing campaigns, work with
external media partners to raise brand awareness, and spearhead social media activities - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
social media and web advertising campaigns. - Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic
- Monitor and analyze performance data to formulate tactical plans to improve brand
awareness, website Traffic and social media presence and provide reports regularly. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative Digital growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize Websites and social
media visitors’ journey - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years' experience
- Understanding of market segmentation & the different characteristic of each segment
- Understanding of importance of Brand equity
- Initiative and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize, multitasks, and meets deadlines.
- Ability to deal with agencies and suppliers.
- Takes initiatives, Creative, delivers on deadlines
- Prepare regular reports & feedback
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans
