Job Description
- Design and maintain salary structures, pay scales, and grading systems aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity.
- Supervise and manage monthly payroll processing for all employees (permanent, temporary, and contractors).
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for monthly closing and financial reconciliation.
- Lead annual salary review, promotion cycles, and bonus/incentive processes in coordination with Finance and Business Leaders.
- Conduct market surveys and benchmarking studies to analyze compensation trends and recommend adjustments.
- Manage all employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, allowances, housing, transportation, and retirement benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and taxation related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage the job evaluation system and support OD team in grading, leveling, and structuring job families.
- Evaluate and improve reward programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Handle expatriate compensation packages, allowances, and mobility policies.
- Prepare compensation analysis reports, payroll budget forecasts, and executive compensation reviews.
- Liaise with external consultants, providers, and auditors for benchmarking, audits, and program improvements.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; professional certification (e.g., GRP, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 7–10 years in C&B roles, including 3+ years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of compensation tools and methodologies (e.g., Mercer, HAY, Towers Watson)
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems
Soft Skills:
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ethical and able to handle confidential data with integrity
