BTL Industries has become one of the world’s major manufacturers of medical (Physiotherapy and Cardiology) and aesthetic equipment with direct offices in more than 85 countries around the world.
BTL Medical Egypt is the newest branch of BTL Industries in Middle East area.
BTL Medical Egypt is now hiring (Sales Manager) for Cardiology line to start building Egypt sales team and to cover different regions of Egypt.
Job Description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Requirements
- Male or Female
- Expert in Cardiology equipment sales
- Presentable
- V. Good English
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Presentation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are must.
- Effective interpersonal and team building skills.
- Completed military or other governmental obligations.
- Preferred to have a car
