The Role You will be responsible for assisting with efficiently running the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.The Team Leader - Outlet is responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all timesQualifications Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management Minimum 2 years of work experience as Team Leader Outlet or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards. Good communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must Schedule flexibility is necessary and the ability to multi-task Preferably Arabic speaker
