Job Description
A leading construction company is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across its construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all MEP works throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and other project teams.
Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and compliance with approved schedules.
Supervise MEP engineers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and HSE standards.
Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants and clients.
Ensure timely execution, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong MEP management experience.
Proven experience managing MEP works on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, technical drawings, and construction standards.
Excellent leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within deadlines.
Good command of English and strong communication skills.
