Job Description
- Translate the company’s overall quality strategy into detailed operational plans covering all stages and activities of quality, including quality assurance, incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, final product inspection before shipment, supplier quality assurance, and market quality monitoring.
- Oversee daily monitoring of key performance indicators, organize and execute internal audits, and ensure effective coordination between technical, production, and administrative departments to achieve quality objectives.
- Lead internal quality review meetings, develop and implement performance improvement plans, and ensure their execution to enhance process efficiency and reduce defect rates.
- Follow up on technical and administrative issues within the various quality departments, working closely with engineers and supervisors to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards and specifications, applying corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
- Contribute to developing a strong quality culture within the organization and raising awareness of its importance among all employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in quality management, quality control, or related technical fields
- Previous experience in the home appliances manufacturing sector is required.
- Proven leadership and management experience at the section head or managerial level.
- Strong proficiency in root cause analysis methods and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
