Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
- Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
- Follow up of all the internal and external communication with suppliers and Customers
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction and monitoring it
- Managing Assembly Quality, IGI, Auditing and Customer Satisfaction
- Analyze all the issue related to the production lines in terms of Quality
- Monitoring and arranging the audits in the company
- Handling of different audits such as Gemba Walk, Internal Audit and LPA
- PDCA for all issues related to customer satisfaction
- Ensure that the company targets for internal PPM remain within target
- Assisting the Management Team and provide support as necessary.
- Manage and leads the subordinates reporting to him/her to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company.
- Set targets and objectives to subordinates
- Monitor and evaluate the respective levels of performance.
- Handle and delegate administrative tasks required by this post
- Induction training of new staff on quality related subjects
- Authorizing line stoppage of and shipments when working not according procedure.
- Training of new staff
- Ensuring that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of this international standard
- Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
- Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring the promotion of customer focus through the organization
- Ensuring that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
- Ensure customer requirement are met as setting quality objective and related training, corrective and preventing action , dealing with customer portals & scorecard.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree Electronical or Mechanical or equivalent work experience in industrial field.
- At least 8 years of work experience in manufacturing with proven experience in managerial role for 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of quality tools methods ( DoE, FMEA, FTA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, SWOT, 8D method)
- Using Problem solving tools like ishikaua diagram 5w
- Ability to analysis in detail
- Certified ISO-TS 16949
- Good knowledge Lean Manufacturing and Six sigma
- Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
- Ability to be flexible and multitasking.
- Excellent communication and English language skills
- Methodical approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
- Goal Oriented Self Starter.
- Excellent Communicator.
- PC-based computing experience is essential.
