Job Description
- Develops a robust strategic roadmap supporting MAK's overall strategy.
- Plans and monitors all MAK Dubai projects, and associated internal and external stakeholders ensuring full alignment with MAK standards.
- Leads MAK Engineering's diverse teams on-premise & site.
- Manages main Contractors from technical & operational perspectives with clear focus on claims management.
- Drives Operational excellence & perpetual client interface.
- Develops schedules, monitors costing across all MAK projects & reports progress to the Executive
- Leadership Team regularly.
- Hence, the incumbent is responsible for defining the scope of multifunctional projects, reconciling conflicting requirements, introducing realism, and assessing long-term impact.
Job Requirements
- Experience 20 years within the High-Rise Tower construction field.
- Bachelor of civil engineering/architecture
- Integrated Management Skills (Strategic Planning / Time Management / Meetings Management / Negotiation).
- Proven ability to organize events effectively and efficiently
