Job Description
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop and maintain the hospital's brand identity and ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with the hospital's brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that meet project objectives and timelines.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to the hospital's marketing efforts.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Job Requirements
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- Proven graphic designing experience at lest 4 years .
- Experience in animation designs.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
