Job Summary: Airline ticket reservation staff required for work in Libya
Responsible for handling airline ticket reservations, issuance, reissuance, and refunds using Amadeus GDS, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service. The role requires strong knowledge of airline procedures and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage airline ticket reservations for clients using Amadeus
Perform ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds in compliance with airline policies
Verify fares, flight schedules, and availability to provide the best travel options
Assist clients with booking changes, cancellations, and problem resolution
Maintain accurate customer and booking data in the system
Stay updated on airline promotions, rules, and special offers to provide value to clients
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations
Excellent command of Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, reissuance, and refund procedures
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and computer systems
Key Skills:
Strong communication skills ( preferably English)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
