We’re currently expanding, Hiring the below positions:
- Property Consultant: 1 - 2 year of Experience
- Senior Property Consultant: +2 experience in the brokerage field
- Team Leader : +4 year of experience
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team to success
- A deep understanding of the real estate market, including market trends, property values, and other factors that impact sales
- The ability to develop and implement sales plans, and to monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- An understanding of customer service principles and the ability to manage customer service issues effectively
