The mission of the Benchmarking and Certification Engineer is to provide Benchmarking reports and ensure certification of the products and the compliance of our products to the applicable standard.

• Realize Product Benchmarking.
• Support the engineering teams to advise on appropriate configuration with information from competitor analysis
• Organize, stage, and perform the required tests either in-house or at an external test facility as appropriate for Benchmarking and Certification needs ·
• Support the processes of Certification ·
• Obtain and review external test reports and advise the project teams ·
• Compile technical files, test reports, and other documentation for certification submissions ·
• Maintain current knowledge of any changes to relevant regulatory standards together with certification departments of other locations and advise the different R&D teams
• Providing technical support to the project leaders by answering questions about certification requirements and product suitability for use with specific technologies. 
•  Reviewing the new product list of components and specifications to determine whether products meet industry standards or regulations to be able to certify it. 
• Sending the product to 3rd party labs for testing to evaluate products’ performance in specific applications or environments and to ensure they meet safety regulations and industry standards • 
• Reviewing test reports, and lab reports. • 
• Following up on the status of applications with the certification object to ensure that our products are processed promptly • 
• Dealing with non-conformities and work on resolving them by helping R&D team to change the design. • 
• Benchmark our products among the competitors to have an overview of where we’re standing in the market. • 
• Visiting International Exhibitions to identify new technologies in the market.
