Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage all production related activities of the plant.
- Plan and develop systems and procedures to maintain and improve production efficiency and products’ quality.
- Create New Dairy Products
- Plan, coordinate and control the manufacturing process so that products are delivered on time and within the budget.
- To make sure that goods and services are produced safely, cost-effectively, on time and that they meet the required quality standards.
- Perform internal audit of manufacturing process and provide feedback to production staff
- Provide expertise in designing projects and to analyze dairy products under the influence of quality control requirements.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- BS, B.Sc. in Food Science or related field
- The ideal person should have Exp. (5-7) years of people management in dairy manufacturing process.
