Job Description
- Defines the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
- Creates a detailed work plan that identifies the sequences and the activities needed that complete the project.
- Determines the resources required to complete the project.
- Executes a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the projects and schedules deliverables and estimates costs.
- Determines the objectives and the measures by which the project will be evaluated and measured.
- Executes the project according to the project plan.
- Develops forms and records to document project activities and ensure that all the project information is properly documented and secured.
- Monitors the progress of the project and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Monitors and approves all budgeted project expenditures.
- Monitors cash flow projections and reports actual cash flow and variance to senior management regularly.
- Ensures that all financial records for the project are up to date by preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensures that the safety process and procedures are properly implemented at the site.
- Evaluates sub-contractors by locating and selecting sub-contractors and monitoring and controlling performance.
- Maintains smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction field
- PMP certification is a must
- MBA is a plus
- Dubai Experience is a must
