Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Odoo Implementer eager to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. is responsible for improving, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting our customers resource planning systems using the Odoo software. The ideal candidate will implementation, design enhancements, system configuration opportunities, functionality, and accuracy in order to improve the utilization of all business applications. This is a job for people who are excited to work at the intersection of software and business. You’ll learn different management practices throughout a variety of industries and how Odoo ERP’s implementations and Odoo’s apps can be used to alleviate customer needs and pain points. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.
Responsibilities
Functional experience and knowledge in Odoo minimum 3 years.
Good understanding of Odoo’s modules including Sales, Purchase, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Point of Sale, Manufacturing, CRM, Inventory, Website, Projects, and Timesheets.
Gap analysis for customer requirements and technical specifications.
Prepare all customer-related documentation, including the scope of work, proposals, etc.
Demonstrate Demo meeting client needs.
Instructs and trains users on the use of Odoo ERP solutions.
Strong communication skills (English verbal and written)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, accounting,
- Very Good in MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Energetic, organized, self-motivated, and able to work
- under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and research techniques
- Knowledge of business software and IT systems
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans
