Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple projects where required
Work collaboratively with Product Owners, cross-functional development teams to support development and delivery
Assist in overall projects planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modelled in project plans and timelines.
Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Scrum software development
Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the Agile teams and to define resolution paths where required
Resolve Agile teams' impediments and blocking issues
Collect and consolidate Agile team status for delivery to stakeholders and executive management.
Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc
Coaching the company in its Scrum adoption
Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes in their work
Ability to understand and communicate technical issues

3+ years of experience working in an agile environment with at least 2 years acting as a Scrum Master
Scrum Master Certification is preferred
Fintech experience preferred
High ownership and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and analytical skills
High focus on achievement and results delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Leadership and management experience
