Maintenance Operations: Oversee periodic, routine, and emergency maintenance for all equipment, infrastructure, and interior fit-outs across all branches.
Preventive Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and monthly preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for each branch.
Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and evaluate a team of 36 specialized technicians (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Kitchen Equipment, etc.), distributing tasks and monitoring performance.
SLA & Breakdown Management: Respond to breakdown tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize operational downtime.
Vendor Management: Handle relationships with third-party contractors, suppliers, and external service providers; review financial quotes and audit completed works.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare the maintenance department's budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
Analysis & Reporting: Review daily maintenance reports, analyze recurring breakdowns, and identify root causes to prevent future issues.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards, civil defense requirements, and food safety regulations across all branches.
Asset Management: Maintain updated asset registers, calibration logs, and periodic inspection records.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems (especially commercial refrigerators, freezers, and cold rooms).
Solid understanding of electrical installations, distribution boards, and lighting systems.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, finishing works, and interior decorations.
Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or similar software.
Excellent skills in MS Excel and ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
Knowledge of predictive maintenance methodologies.

Management & Soft Skills:

Professional certifications like PMP, CMRP, CFM, or safety certifications (NEBOSH / OSHA) are highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and crisis management capabilities.
Excellent command of both English and Arabic languages.
