Job Description
- Ensure that all school facilities are safe.
- Review with student affairs the class scheduling and the class lists.
- Follow up on all school logistics concerning book distribution and parental communication and oversee teacher/parent communication.
- Monitor and oversee school policies and make suggestions for updates regularly.
- Oversee school events and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Be responsible for communicating important messages to parents.
- Be responsible for taking, handling, reporting, and evaluating parental complaints.
- Arrange, oversee and report parental meetings every week.
- Oversee and supervise school events and assemblies
- Cultivate leadership among teachers and students.
- Be responsible for communicating relevant surveys to involved stakeholders and reporting the results.
- Analyze the results and suggest accommodations in cooperation with the required departments.
- Follow up on poorly disciplined students with the school counselor.
- Be responsible for communicating the school's vision statement and ensuring it is implemented in the day–to–day process.
- Cooperate with other departments to handle school crises and emergencies
Job Requirements
- BA in a related field and M.Ed. degree in education are a must
- Ph.D. in psychology is an asset
- Previous experience in the same position not less than ten years
- Experience in international curriculum is a must
