Job Description
- Ability to deliver info to trainees and manage classrooms
- Full knowledge of welding methods and different techniques in welding vehicle chassis and body panels needed in the repair process
- Knowledge of using chassis repair devices and measurements of chassis dimensions
- Inspection of defects and repair process
- Knowledge and skills of Chassis Repair
- Asm and disassembly of different body panels such as doors, Fenders, trunk, and hood
- Asm and disassembly of trim parts to implement body repair process such as headlamps and rear and front bumpers
- Skilled in body repair process and defects such as dings dents and dishes
- Re-conditioning of body panels to its original conditions
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver technical training or mentoring in a workshop or classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of automotive body repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance effectively.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards relevant to automotive repair.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training documentation and reporting.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
