Responsible for opening channels with various reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and developing strong relationships with key decision makers at those manufacturing sites in order to improve product productivity flow and meet delivery deadlines.
Follow up on the production process and its requirements.
Responsible for Set up the production plan.
Monitor and facilitate the regularity affairs process for registered items, recognizing the importance of meeting deadlines.
Make contact with Row materials suppliers and select the greatest deal based on the key requirements. Also, choose the most cost-effective shipping method and approach.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Overview the purchase process for primary and secondary packaging materials, selecting the best offer based on cost minimization while meeting quality assurance standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

BSc in business administration, science, pharmacy, or relevant field (preferred in Pharmaceutical industry).
An MBA is a plus.
Experience: 5 years as Toll manager or section head.
Project management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills
Ability to write reports.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Excellent telephone skills, and strong verbal and written communication.
Good IT skills.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Proficiency in English spoken & written.
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
