Job Description
Handling all aspects of ticketing activity with customers:
-Information regarding country travel rules, prices, policies.
-Reservation & booking by using #airline system.
-Follow-up with #customers.
-Creating daily reports.
-Handling requests of the management.
-Resolve #customer complaints while providing effective solutions according to the company standard.
-Handling all travel agent’s requests for booking and issuing tickets.
Job qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, Preferably BSC of hotels management or Tourism studies.
Job Requirements
: 2- 5 Years of experience.
: Amadeus/Saber knowledge is a must.
: Experience in the tourism field is a must.
: English Excellent written and Verbal communication
Skills : High Level of Intelligence, integrity, energy and creativity.
: Ability to Multitask, perform to a deadline, solve problems, Communicate well
: Able to work quickly in environment that is conducive to rapid decision-making
and measures risk-taking.
: Ability to work cooperatively with other departments.
: Excellent user for Microsoft Excel and outlook.
: Ability to understand and use online systems, CRM system and ISO standard.
Age : Maximum 32years old .
