Job Description
- Events investigations and reporting.
- Site visits.
- HSE Statistics / Performance Review / KPIs.
- Supervision and following up for all HSE activities and other concerned parts with HSE impact.
- Awarness Sessions and TBTS.
- Internal and external HSE audits.
- Root risk assesment and projects supervision.
- Explain the HSE policy & strategy for the new employees.
- Preparing check sheets for old & new equipment & machines.
- Identifies the risks & hazards in each process.
- Prepares presentations & safety posters.
- Prepares Monthly HSE Report.
- Conducts Monthly HSE committer training.
- Participates in development and administration of performance review system to ensure compliance with HSE rules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science.
- At least Five years of experience in Health and safety field.
- At least Two years of experience in similar positions.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- HSE specialist certificate is must.
- Background knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks and workshops safety is must.
- Very good Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet).
- Occupational safety and health approved certificates holder in ( OSHA G&C / Root Cause Analysis / Risk Assessment / Fire Fighting / First Aid ).
- Working under pressure
- Very Good analytical abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
