Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Corporate Lawyer who aligns with our vision. As a Corporate Attorney, you will provide legal counsel in compliance with all regulatory laws. You must have in-depth knowledge of corporate law to uphold our company’s legal reputation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting all legal documents including contracts, agreements, bilingual agreements..etc.
- Giving assistance to all corporate governance and compliance matters and provision of legal opinions in various sectors on a daily basis.
- Conduct legal research in different legal matters to provide assistance in legal matters.
- Provide national and multinational clients with legal opinions and consultations on daily basis.
- Handle M&As transactions in various aspects (technology, real estate, fintech, tourism,, etc)
Job Requirements
- Excellent Command in English.
- Time management and considerable reporting skills.
- Excellent background in drafting and reviewing various types of bilingual contracts and agreements.
- L.L.M is a plus.
- English Section is a plus.
