Clarifying customers’ requirements and needs to the team members, as deemed necessary, through reviewing the related documents and the low-level design compiled by the concerned parties within TETCO in order to decide exactly what the solution should do to fulfil such and start developing the code accordingly.
Reviewing the developed codes by the team members, ensuring their fulfillment of the predefined requirements, while giving the proper feedback to the team members accordingly.
Performing testing and debugging practices on the developed codes, identifying any raised mistakes, correcting them, and recompiling the codes accordingly to ensure the high quality of such, while informing the code owner of such to avoid reoccurrence.
Providing a comprehensive technical support to the team members, troubleshooting any issues that they might face during the development process, while ensuring their adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
