Job Description
Execute detailed Quantity Surveying and Material Take-offs using AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Manage and negotiate Variation Orders to protect project margins.
Oversee Cost Estimation and budget monitoring to ensure financial efficiency.
Collaborate with project managers to streamline Contract Administration and procurement processes.
Prepare and verify monthly Invoices and payment certificates for subcontractors and clients.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2-4 years of proven success in Quantity Surveying within the Construction or Civil Engineering sectors.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Cost Estimation software.
Core Competencies: Strong background in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, Tendering, and Cost Control.
Contractual Expertise: Solid understanding of Contract Administration and the management of Variation Orders and Invoices.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential.
Career Level: Experienced professional with a sharp analytical mind and a results-driven approach.
Location: Must be able to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
