Job Description

  • Fully responsible for preparing and qualifying all of the company's assets, and taking the necessary preventive and remedial measures to preserve them Follow up all insurance procedures on all company assets and open a file for that. 
  •  Control over the use and maintenance of equipment, transportation means and other administrative services.
  •  Ensure that none of the company's facilities (electricity - water - telephone lines - fax and the Internet) are damaged. 
  •  Supervising the maintenance and restoration of the administration buildings and the company’s branches (setting maintenance schedules).
  • Follow up on the validity and keeping of the licenses documents and the commercial and tax registry
  • Work to secure the needs of the workplace with the necessary office tools.
  • Monitor cleaning staff, assign tasks
  • Monitor the building maintenance process and deliver a weekly report to the management.
  • Make sure that building facilities are working properly with no discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Fleet Operations Knowledge is Preferred.
  • Males Only
  • Good leadership and time, time, result-oriented.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
