Job Description
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to integrate sustainability principles into quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on sustainable practices and promote awareness of environmental, health, and safety issues.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and environmental impacts, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality, health, safety, and environmental programs, and recommend improvements to enhance sustainability performance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications related to quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into quality, health, safety, and environmental incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Auditing and Reporting: Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards, and prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, suppliers, and community groups, to promote sustainability and address QHSE concerns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in QHSE management, with a focus on sustainability integration.

- In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices, as well as sustainability principles and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.

- Project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute QHSE initiatives effectively.
