Job Description
Supervise and coordinate MEP site activities, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical power, lighting, low current, and ELV systems.
Manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors and ensure smooth site execution.
Review shop drawings and coordinate MEP clashes.
Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Identify site variations and communicate them to commercial/QS teams.
Ensure MEP works are completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of relevant site experience.
Proven experience managing both mechanical and electrical packages.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical power, lighting, and low-current systems.
Strong ability to read and coordinate MEP shop drawings.
Previous experience in renovation, commercial, banking, or complex building projects is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and work under tight project schedules.
Strong enough technically to challenge subcontractors, even outside their original discipline.
