Job Description
- Oversee and monitor the financial position, banking and financial activities and capital structure and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements, as applicable.
- Oversee long term budgetary planning, forecasting and cost management in line with The Company's strategic plan.
- Provide efficient financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy.
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, where necessary, the internal control systems within the Company.
- Review the annual budget process and the monthly reporting to ensure achieving yearly objectives and targets.
- Cascade The Company's financial strategies into an effective business plan at different financial functions to ensure maximum alignment and productivity.
- Oversee meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital.
- Oversee costing analysis and recommendations to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Provide financial advice and analysis to the management in relation to proposed programs, projects and initiatives to minimize risks and increase revenues.
- Provide reliable and consistent financial reporting and advice to the board to facilitate decision making process
- Develop and ensure appropriate key performance indicators across financial operations to monitor and drive the financial performance.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Company's stakeholders on financial matters (banks, suppliers...etc).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting/Finance Major.
- CMA Are Highly Preferred.
- Minimum 5 years as Finance Manager.
- Fully awareness by the accounting & finance Management standards.
- Strategic problem-solving skills, ability to develop and implement clear objectives, procedures and priorities.
- Team Leader with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possessed analytical and critical reasoning skills
- Excellent command of English language & Computer literacy.
