Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Admin to support our sales team in achieving their goals and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing sales documents, presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Communicate with customers to follow up on inquiries, process orders, and handle basic inquiries.
  • Coordinate between sales and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
