- Lead brainstorming sessions to craft strategies that enhance our clients' experience.
- Provide market insights, track competitors, and create regular performance reports.
- Set clear timelines and deadlines for clients and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of digital account management experience in marketing agencies.
- You can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
- Team player with a goal-driven attitude.
- Self-starter who thrives without constant supervision.
- Great with people—building relationships and communicating effectively.
- Strong understanding of clients’ industries and their challenges.
- Eager to help grow our business and expand client portfolios.
- Confident with data analysis and translating insights into action.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Clear communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy, especially with CRM software and Excel.
- Skilled negotiator with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in marketing or media production agencies is essential.
