Opportunity to build your career with a fast paced firm in the Middle East|Lead the entire Sales P&L for the organizationAbout Our ClientLeading player in the refractories industry, specialising in providing high-quality solutions to the steel sector.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth serving the iron and steel industrLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and collective sales goalsEstablish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvementCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and other materials to support sales effortsMonitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective action as neededProvide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and opportunitiesParticipate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services and expand the networkStay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and business development.The Successful ApplicantMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the refractories industry.Good network with the steel plants across the Middle East regionProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with customers and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement.Ability to travel within the Middle East region and other locations as needed.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.What's on OfferHead the sales P&L for a growing refractories firm in the Middle EastContact: Saurabh TanejaQuote job ref: JN-022024-6350515
