The ideal candidate will have expertise in photography, videography, and post-production, with a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning content that resonates with our brand identities.Key ResponsibilitiesContent CreationDevelop and produce high-quality photography and videography content for restaurants, bars, and cafes.Post-ProductionEdit photos and videos using software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Da Vinci Resolve.Aesthetic ExcellenceMaintain a high aesthetic standard in all content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and expectations.Food & Lifestyle Photography/VideographyCapture compelling food and lifestyle images and videos that highlight the essence of our offerings.Brand UnderstandingUnderstand and interpret brand guidelines to create cohesive and consistent content.Moodboards & Storyboarding Develop moodboards and storyboards to plan and visualize content shoots.Set Design & Props Understand and implement set design and props to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of the shoots.Model Management & Talent Direction Manage models and direct talent during shoots to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.Equipment Proficiency Operate and manage various shooting equipment including cameras, lenses, lights, and gimbals.Reel Creation Create engaging reels and short-form content for social media platforms.Time Management Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptability Work under pressure and adapt to odd timings for shoots, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B content creation.Proficiency in photography and videography.Expertise in post-production software Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Da Vinci ResolveAgency experience will be highly advantageousExceptional aesthetic sense and attention to detail.Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual storytelling.Experience in moodboard creation, storyboarding, and talent direction.Knowledge of all types of shooting equipment (cameras, lenses, lights, gimbals, etc.).Ability to create captivating reels and short-form content.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Valid UAE Drivers’ liscense is advantageous but not a must.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
