About This OpportunityWe are looking for an Implementation coordinator who has coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for handling all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Ericsson, Customer and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is driven within in the Project OHS requirements.What You Will DoPrioritize and coordinate rolloutsPlan and follow up of quality assurancesWork closely with internal stakeholder and customer to understand demands and expectationsPerformance management of unit and staffDrive culture, behavior, and attitude through Ericsson's core valuesSet up, execute, and supervise on strategies and goals for the unit and staffSetup and maintain individual training and competence plans !Ensure up-to-date processes implemented with all staffTake active part in review of staff deliverables and provide timely and accurate feedbackYou will bring Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)Min years of experience: 5-8 years in similar management positionDemonstrated ability: (Network Roll out with Deep understanding of site installation and commissioning, hands on experience will be a plus.Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategyBusiness and Customer OrientedMarket insightCustomer and performance focusPeople management skill (empower, delegate, and follow up)Presentation, negotiation, and argumentation skillKnowledge about Ericsson business and governance modelFinancial acumen and skillsDrive innovation & commercial thinkingDecision making & initiating actionPositive, flexible, pro-active, act and drive with urgencyHelpful, supportive and understand to make other shineSelf-motivated.
