This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their career in tech and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will participate in the design, implementation, and management of ERP solutions, contributing to streamlining business operations and enhancing productivity. This position offers a fantastic platform for learning and growing within the fields of Zoho and Odoo systems, focusing on how they can be adapted to meet various business requirements.Key Responsibilities:ERP Solution Support and Customization:Assist in developing and implementing ERP solutions using Zoho and Odoo platforms under guidance.Support the customization and configuration of systems to align with business processes and objectives.Help facilitate the integration of Zoho and Odoo with other business systems.Project Support:Support ERP implementation projects, contributing to their timely and successful completion.Assist in coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and timelines.Help maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation.Client Consultation and Training Assistance:Provide support in expert consultations on Zoho and Odoo ERP solutions to clients.Assist in resolving system issues and provide ongoing support under supervision.Participate in training sessions for clients to help them maximize their ERP system utility.Continuous Learning and Improvement:Stay informed of the latest developments in ERP technologies, with a focus on Zoho and Odoo.Assist in recommending system enhancements and updates.Contribute to the development of internal best practices and knowledge sharing through learning.Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct manager.RequirementsA keen interest in pursuing a career in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.A Certificate from Business Information or Technology verticals is a plusBeginning experience or strong interest in ERP solution architecture, especially in Zoho and Odoo platforms.Basic understanding of business process management and integration.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and eager to learn project management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team.Certifications in Zoho, Odoo, or related fields are a bonus but not required.This position is tailored for graduates or individuals new to the tech industry, offering a stepping stone into the world of ERP solutions and digital transformation.Benefits- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.- Social and medical insurance coverage.- Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment
