As an Architectural Designer, you will play a role in developing and executing architectural projects from concept to construction, with a focus on technical detailing, revit proficiency and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping designs and plans to meet the client's needsPreparing of design, specifications, technical and construction drawingsDemonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit software, utilizing BIM technology to develop and coordinate architectural models and drawings effectivelyDevelop technical details and specifications for architectural elements, materials and finishes ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and standardsCollaborate with MEP consultants and other project stakeholders to integrate systems into architectural designsWork closely with project managers, designer and engineers to facilitate communication, coordination throughout all project phasesEngage with clients to understand their vision, requirements and feedback to provide proactive design solutionsSkillsCandidates should have strong design and technical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Must have the ability to assist with or independently run phases from schematic design to construction documents.Must be self-oriented, motivated with the desire to learn and grow quickly.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction principles, building systems, and materialsProficiency in Revit, Photoshop, and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.English proficiency is a must.
