Job Description

Job Purpose:Supports CCH with employee and personal expenditure-related analysis and performing HR-controlling-related tasks (planning, forecasting, and reporting). Proposes and implements process and system improvements and analyzes best practices.Main Responsibilities and Tasks:Support the decision-making process by the preparation of autonomously initiated and proactive analyses and, upon request, by specific analyses, proposals, and comprehensive solution alternatives.Designs, develops, and prepares management reports' HR related parts and decision-making materials for the lead team. Consolidates data available in different systems to create ad-hoc and periodic reports, lists, and analyses for various topics. Creatively looks for the best way to present relevant data to best backup the purpose of the data requestor.Support the preparation of headcount plans, reports, and forecasts of the CCH/function/cost center level on the basis of established rules; ensure that prescribed approvals are in place.Participates in the design, implementation, and coordination of major HR control exercises such as headcount and personnel cost planning, headcount approval, and control.Performs other tasks related to HR, HR control, compensation, data supply, data analysis and administration tasks, and process improvements as asked by the direct supervisor.Analyze and develop the monthly forecasting of the budget, highlighting the findings.Severance program calculation, design, & implementation.Are these your secret ingredients': Educational Background:MSC or BSC degree in Economics, Business sciences or relevant sciences with numerical reasoning profileRequired Years of Experience:5+ years of multinational experience in human resources-related data analysis or control.Skills, Professional Competencies: Comprehensive view on issues, structured thinking, analytical skillsTask organization and prioritization skillsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsCustomer centric approachAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureAbility to contribute to effective teamwork and collaboration skillsStrong ownership of own tasks Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
