Job Purpose:Supports CCH with employee and personal expenditure-related analysis and performing HR-controlling-related tasks (planning, forecasting, and reporting). Proposes and implements process and system improvements and analyzes best practices.Main Responsibilities and Tasks:Support the decision-making process by the preparation of autonomously initiated and proactive analyses and, upon request, by specific analyses, proposals, and comprehensive solution alternatives.Designs, develops, and prepares management reports' HR related parts and decision-making materials for the lead team. Consolidates data available in different systems to create ad-hoc and periodic reports, lists, and analyses for various topics.
