Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (Upper Limb) to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exemplary orthopedic services to a diverse patient population.Key Responsibilities Provide expert medical care to patients requiring orthopedic surgery on the upper limb, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Perform surgical procedures on the upper limb, including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and trauma cases. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients. Stay up-to-date with advancements in orthopedic surgery and ensure best practices are being implemented. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and other relevant activities to improve patient care and outcomes. Mentor and provide guidance to junior medical staff. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient consultations, treatments, and procedures. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and participate in training and development opportunities.Qualifications And Experience Medical degree from an accredited institution. Valid and active medical license to practice in UAE. Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized authority. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in upper limb procedures. Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
