Future Group Company has been leading the localization market since 1994 with global subsidiaries serving North & Latin America, Asia, Europe, and MEA.We're currently expanding our team globally, join our global team in our new journey now!Scope: Develops and implements internship plans aligned with company goals, coordinates training sessions, tracks intern progress, maintains records, and supports other organizational development initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and implement internship program plans and strategies in alignment with company objectives.Act as the main point of contact for interns, freelance trainers, and subject matter experts involved in the internship program.Deliver Training sessionsCoordinate and schedule on-the-job training sessions with subject matter experts, ensuring that interns receive comprehensive training and mentorship.Evaluate the effectiveness of the internship program and monitor their achievement.Regularly track and report on the progress of interns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance program effectiveness.Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure internship program activities align with organizational goals and priorities.Conduct periodic evaluations of the internship program and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the internship program, including intern performance evaluations and feedback.Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development (OD) initiatives, projects, and tasks as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field3 to 5 years of experience in providing trainingExperience in providing training in project management/ Business development fieldsProject management or Business Development experience is highly desired but not a must.Excellent command of the English language is a must.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.profound communication skills to cross-function and communicate with internal departments.
