About the Role:
As a Junior Structural Engineer, you will support the design and delivery of building projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.
Working under the guidance of senior engineers and collaborating with architects and other design disciplines, you will contribute to structural analysis, design documentation, and project delivery in line with international standards and regional codes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career engineer to grow their skills in a dynamic team environment and contribute to iconic projects shaping Riyadh’s built environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the structural design of building projects, including conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
Use structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Robot) under supervision.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
Support in preparing design reports, specifications, and presentations for internal and client reviews.
Undertake site visits, inspections, and support in resolving design/construction issues.
Stay informed about applicable Saudi building codes, international standards, and sustainability requirements.
Actively contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
0–3 years of relevant professional experience in building design projects.
Familiarity with international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes) and preferably Saudi Building Code.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; exposure to BIM workflows is an advantage.
Experience with structural analysis/design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn from senior engineers.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
