Job descriptionMaya Mart is looking for top talents to join our Marketing team as Media Planner and Buyer. We are looking for an inspirational and creative individual who possesses the skills and experiences necessary to enhance Media strategies and achieve the company's defined objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Media strategies and Media Plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google Ads, SnabChat, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other digital Platforms.Track and Analyze data and measure the performance of marketing campaigns using various data analytics tools.Manage and Optimize paid advertising strategies to improve return on investment and achieve key objectives.Prepare and present reports on campaign results to stakeholders and recommendations for future improvements.Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising technologies.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a specific focus on performance marketing.Proficiency in using analytics and data tracking tools.Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and utilize data to improve marketing campaigns.Proficiency in using data analytics tools and reporting software.Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.A degree in marketing or a related field is considered an additional advantage.We look forward to hearing from you!
