We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior AV Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine hardware and software maintenance on AV equipment including any upgrades and patches that may be requiredPerform periodic firmware upgrade of installed AV equipmentPeriodic knowledge transfer and induction on installed AV system to usersFirst line of support to troubleshoot and rectify issues related to the installed AV systemContent publishing and management of installed digital signage systemPerform lift corridor content management and projector alignment if necessaryProvide setup and support for special function / VIP visitRespond to support requests within agreed SLA deadlines during contractual working hoursLiaise with EuroTech head office and submit requests for vendor support if and where requiredPerform DLP related worksReplacement of faulty equipmentProvide operational support for events, conferences and classes.Plan, organize and conduct the preventive maintenance and periodic health check on the mentioned solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve the AV Systems issues escalated by L1 Support team.Work as L2 support to handle and resolve the system issues and related tickets with the vendors.Identify and provide support for Unified Communications platforms including integration with AV systems, and other IT systems as necessary.Issue weekly, monthly and yearly reports.Manage the systems spare parts and issue a periodic inventory for them. Key Requirements:Proven track record in Audio Visual systems integration and project delivery position in UAE, Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries. Proven & certified experience in the following brands (not limited to): Crestron, Poly, Humbly, Cisco, Lightware, Extron, Logitech, Shure, Biamp, Bose, L’Acoustic, OneLan, Condeco, Yealink, Samsung, LG, Prysm Systems, Epson, Arthur Holms, Barco, Absen, Jabra, Legrand, Maxhub, Microsoft, Sharp/NEC, BanQ, Chief, Denon, DTEN, Huddly, Kramer Electronics, Mersive, Neat, Sennheiser, Vaddio. Articulate and well-spoken in English (verbal and written) Great personal time management skills and the ability to work supervised and unsupervised and in line with deadline requirements. Confident speaking in front of groups of up to 10. Composed nature in the face of challenges Proof of past experience and examples of project delivery Well-presented, neat, and able to speak in corporate settings. Occasional travel to the UAE. Saudi Arabian drivers License, or the ability to obtain one.
