Intern - IT Support

Job Description: As an Entry-Level IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring the functionality and efficiency of our technology systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide basic training to employees on IT-related topics as needed.  Key Responsibilities:  Maintain and administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Install, configure, and update software applications on laptops and desktop computers. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely. Manage email accounts and troubleshoot email-related problems. Maintain and support cloud storage solutions, ensuring data security and accessibility. Collaborate with CTO to implement new technology solutions and upgrades. Provide basic training to staff on IT systems and procedures. Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference purposes. Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Can be recent graduate or in final semester of Bachelor's degree.Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365. Familiarity with cloud storage solutions such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. Customer service-oriented attitude with a desire to help others. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
