My Client,seeks a Chief Business Officer to drive revenue generation and lead the coverage team in the GCC.With a focus on traditional banking and fintech, the role involves targeting mid-to-large corporate clients, with Arabic language skills preferred. The successful candidate will oversee a team of relationship managers, develop business strategies, and cultivate strategic partnerships while ensuring compliance with regulations.The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, digital banking, or fintech, with a proven track record of driving business growth and strong leadership skills. Experience in blockchain technology and digital asset markets is highly desirable.Drive revenue growth by formulating and executing business strategies for both traditional banking and virtual asset services, targeting short and long-term objectives.Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the customer base, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.Generate revenue and manage relationship management teams to enhance market penetration and brand recognition through effective client outreach strategies.Foster strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to uphold the bank's reputation and compliance standards.Provide leadership and guidance to business, product, and relationship management teams to align with strategic objectives.Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.Represent the bank as a thought leader in digital banking, blockchain, and virtual assets at various industry events and media platforms.Contribute to global strategic planning and organizational governance as a member of the executive team.Requirements:Requires a minimum of 10 years in senior business development or commercial roles within financial services, preferably in digital banking or fintech.Corporate banking / Wholesale Banking/ Traditional Banking or Retail banking backgroundCapital Raising/ Fund raisingDrive Revenue Growth of minimum AED 100-500 Million in revenueOversee sales and RM Teams, Client outreach strategy, Sales initiative,Analyse market trends and Competitive DynamicsLeader in Digital banking, blockchain and Virtual AssetsGlobal Strategic PlanningWillingness to travel to meet business objectives such as Represent bank at Conferences, panels and events.
