Job ContextPosition is responsible to Welding Activities.Job DimensionsThe Welder involves regular and close interactions with all Operations Department specially Assembly and Quality Department.Key AccountabilitiesThe position is responsible to:TIG/MIG Welding and grinding the components & welded assembly as per drawings. Achieve Daily Production Targets. Report any abnormalities during machine operation. PPE and HSE issues. Cleanness of working area and proper maintenance of the tools/ measuring equipment usedQualifications, Experience & SkillsITI (Welder or equivalent). Minimum 3 years’ experience as Welder in Manufacturing Company. Understands the mechanical drawings and experience in switchgear companies will be an advantage. Behavioural CompetenciesTeamwork & Accountability. Ability to work with people from different nationalities. Flexible in approaching, to improvise in dynamic situations.
